How do I search for, purchase, and download an image?
1. Begin your search by going to the search box to the left of the screen. Once there, input a keyword that best describe the image(s) in which you are interested. If you know which image you're interested in, simply type in the image name and click "GO." If you would like to narrow the results of your search you can click on the “Search Within Results” option and add another word to your search.

2. Once you have found the images you are looking for, you can put them in the shopping cart or display them as larger comping-sized images by clicking on them image. Comping images are free for use as mock-ups and comping pages only.

3. In the shopping cart page, you can select the image sizes you want and calculate the cost of the images. Prices are as follows:

• Low- resolution (5"x7", 72 dpi, 600 Kb) $79.00 to $129.00
• High-res, med size (5"x7" avg, 300 dpi, 10 Mb) $189.00 to $279.00
• High-res, large size (8"x11" avg, 300 dpi, 30 Mb) $289.00 to $379.00
• High-res, Extra Large size (11”x17” avg, 300 dpi, 30 Mb) $309.00 to $399.00

4. After making the final decision, click on "Checkout". If you are a first-time customer, you will be prompted to register and input your shipping/billing information. Click on the “sign in” button. Once you’ve verified that your billing information is correct, click on the “proceed to next step” button.

5. You will then be taken to the checkout page. If the information is correct, you will need to verify that you have read and agree with the licensing agreement. Click on “purchase” to complete the transaction.

6. Once you have placed the order, you will be taken to the order confirmation page. Once there, click on the “click here” link to be taken to a download page. Follow the instructions on the page to download your image(s). We recommend that you use the latest browsers available from Netscape, Microsoft and Apple. Your image(s) will be available for download indefinitely.

How do I preview and order an image CD?
You may preview our entire image CD collection by clicking in the "cd collection" link under “Images” or “motion” on the menu bar. Once there, select from the titles available. You can preview all of the images on the CD and add any or multiple CDs to the shopping cart for purchase. Electronic versions of our catalog are available as well in Adobe Acrobat format.

Once the CD is added to the shopping cart, click on "checkout". If you are a first-time customer, you will be prompted to input your shipping/billing information. Click on "submit".

At the checkout page, verify all of the information on your page. If any is incorrect, simply change it on this page. The total at the bottom of the page is what will be charged to your credit card. If it is accurate, click on "purchase". RubberBall will be notified of your order. All orders will be shipped via FedEx 2nd day and will go out same day if ordered before 3 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (USA). US shipments will be charged $15 for shipping. International shipments will be shipped via FedEx 2nd day where available based on the following pricing structure:
